Located in the scenic High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Baoji City, Shaanxi Province, Baoji Xili Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise with independent import/export rights and a provincial enterprise technology center. Integrated into R&D, manufacturing, sales, and service of precision machine tools, the company has developed four major product lines through continuous autonomous innovation: XKC-S/H/F series flat-bed turret lathes (hard ways), XKC-S/T series bar lathes, XKC-STN/T6/T7 series slant-bed turret lathes (servo/hydraulic turrets), and J42Y/STN45Y/STN50M/T6Y/T7Y/T7Y-II/T7SY series turning centers, encompassing over 40 specifications. Optional XKC flexible robotic automation cells are available for specific models. With years of technical accumulation, the company has achieved dozens of innovations in products and processes, covering CNC batch precision machining requirements for turning, milling, drilling, tapping, and grinding of small to medium-sized parts.
Spindle runout is less than 2μm, and repeatability positioning accuracy is within ±5μm. The roundness and surface roughness of machined parts can achieve 3μm to 5μm, with tolerance consistency maintained within 3μm. Our products provide diverse support for industries including instrumentation, medical devices, pneumatic components, special motors, communications electronics, refrigeration, automotive and motorcycle manufacturing, optics, watchmaking, foreign trade processing, and high-end equipment manufacturing. Products are distributed nationwide and exported to multiple countries and regions.

History
Established to specialize in the R&D, manufacturing, technical process services, and sales of compact F-series flat-bed turret lathes and CK-series slant-bed hydraulic turret CNC lathes.
Launched the S/T series vertical cutting machines, adapted for the domestic market through product and technology introduction, absorption, and innovative reinvention, contributing to reduced production costs for long-axis component machining in China's medical device industry. That same year, successfully completed ISO9001 international quality system certification and passed the review for high-tech enterprise designation.
Established a modern production base, significantly boosting capacity and product quality control. Building on the existing CK series, we launched the upgraded STN50 series turret lathe with inclined bed (standard servo turret, upgradeable to powered turret), earning market recognition and enhancing brand influence. That same year, we successfully obtained certification for the Shaanxi Provincial Enterprise Technology Center.
Following a redefinition of the CK and STN series and market research validation, we have decided to develop and deploy our proprietary BMT-series servo and power turret as a core functional component for CNC machines. This initiative will establish the technical foundation needed to enhance our company's core competitiveness in the future.
The BMT63 series servo and power turret have been successfully developed and seamlessly integrated with the STN50 series CNC lathes. This achievement enables domestic machine tool manufacturers to achieve full localization of this core functional accessory, laying a solid foundation in industry, technology, and processes for future products across various specifications and series with turning-milling compound capabilities.
The H-series flat-bed turret lathe (equipped with hard way rails and a spindle motor) delivers ultra-high precision machining, enabling mass production in China's high-end optical mirror surface sector. To meet the diverse needs of domestic and international customers across various industries, we have expanded our product line to include STN45Y/STN50M/T6Y/ T7Y/T7Y-II/T7SY, featuring core capabilities such as Y-axis powered tooling.
